2. Check the Price List
Requirement of minimum of $35 dollar spending to qualify for delivery
No Hidden Cost, Flat Rate as all prices!
3. Check your Calendar as we require a Minimum of 5 working day for the entire service and be aware that we are off on Sunday
E.g. Pick up on Tuesday, Delivered latest by Saturday or Pick up on Wednesday, Delivered Latest by Monday
***Due to holiday season, minimum 6 working day, we apologize for the delay and seek your understanding 🙂

4. Make an arrangement by Calling/Message/WhatsApp our Driver
Leave a Whatsapp message of the item you are washing followed by your address and the driver will make an arrangement with you. Thereafter, we will collect, wash and deliver clean and fresh back to you!

Why Should You Use Our Services?
We are trained and equipped with skills and knowledge to ensure that your laundry are clean (Spotting, stain removal, whitening) and given the fast paced lifestyle of Singapore, we want you to prevent overstimulation and overscheduling by leaving your laundry to our care and use this time to spend with your family.
What Service Should I Use?
Laundry Service: Item will be wash with water in machine, dried and pressed. We will also remove minor stain as per request. Clean clothes are hanged and wrapped or folded upon your preference.
Dry-Cleaning Service: Item will be wash with chemical solvent instead of water in machine. Ensure that the label allow dry-cleaning. This service is highly recommended for branded goods because your laundry will shrink and discolour more significant in laundry service as compared to dry-cleaning. Clean clothes are hanged and wrapped or folded upon your preference.
Pressing Only: For customer that prefer to wash your own item and only require to iron your clothes. This service ensure that the clothes you wear give off a smart and clean images that would definitely impressed your client or loved ones.
Load Wash: Laundry service charged by KG, however we do not provide sorting or counting and no iron service only wash, fold and placed in a plastic bag. *We ensure that Your laundry will be wash batch by batch, it would not be wash with other customer load wash.
What Is Your Turnover Rate?
Our usual operation require 5 working days excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. We do provide express service of 2 working days excluding Sundays and Public Holidays with a 100% surcharge.
However due to Holiday Season our operation extend till 6 working days, we apologise for the delayed and thank you for your kind understanding and patience
Can You Remove Stains?
We will provide stain removal upon request however we are not able to guarantee that we are able to fully remove it but will be tried our utmost effort without affecting your laundry overall.
*We recommend you to bring your laundry immediately as these would provide significant chance of us removing the stain.
How Often Should My Curtain Be Cleaned?
As dust particle collect over time that will harm your health, we recommend your curtains should be cleaned on a regular basis of 6 months interval to ensure your room is free of air pollution.
What are the Payment Method available?
We accept cash or paynow/paylah! upon delivery or paid every time during the process as the invoice will be send to you.
How Do I Arrange for Laundry Pick-up and Delivery?
Call our driver 98366856 or leave a Whatsapp message that include the item you are washing with the type of service you are using and your address.
*We do not provide islandwide delivery so check our website to check which area we deliver.
What Is The Minimum Order Fee For Free Delivery?
Minimum spending should be $35 flat price. If the minimum spending is not hit, we will charge as per $35.
Can I Reschedule My Pick-up or Delivery Appointment?
Yes, you may reschedule by calling our driver 98366856 however do note that you may disrupt the delivery schedule and they might not be able to send according to your request so please coordinate with them to avoid unpleasant service.
What If I Am Unsatisfied With Your Service?
No worries! We will rewash it for you again for free of charge (one time only), do contact our driver to arrange for another pick-up and deliver.
What If My Laundry Are Damaged?
In an Unfortunate event of damaged, please contact us and we respond to you as soon as possible. Compensation will be handle case to case basis. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery/collection from Renee Laundry.
What Are Renee Laundry Not Liable?
Fabrics degrade over time therefore we are not liable for
- Wear and Tear
- Exposure to environment and any Fabrics weakening due to the initial manufacturing process
- Loss or damage to buttons, ornaments, sequins, trimmings, belts, beads, buckles, shoulder pads, anything left in pockets, shrinkage, discolouration, during the process of internationally acceptable cleaning procedures.
What Are The Form Of Compensation Given?
Liability for any reason, Renee Laundry may reimburse you by limited to the lesser of ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item or the depreciated value of the item as determined by the International Fair Claims Guide published by the International Fabricare Institute (IFI), the compensation should not exceeding $150 per order. Once the item has been compensated, it remains the property of Renee Laundry.
All claims must be made within 24 hours after collection/delivery and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
